What this does
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) you can tell a business not to sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Tidal AI does neither. We have no advertising partners, no ad trackers and no data brokers, and we don't let anyone use your information to advertise to you elsewhere. Our service providers (listed on the Subprocessors page) process data only to run the service for us.
Pressing the button below records your request, so that if our practices ever changed we could not apply the change to you without asking. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is treated as the same request.
Record your choice
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Recording your choice makes sure that stays true for you even if our practices ever change (we would have to ask you first).
